Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sales account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
